Join us in the beautiful Catskill Mountain of New York State for a Double Breathwork and Sound Healing Workshop. Workshop includes 4 Holotropic Breathwork Sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter,) sound healing experience, mandala drawing, mask making, evening fire gathering, a talk on the hsitory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork, 3 nights housing, 9 buffet-style meals, community, connection an support.
