4 day/3 night double Holotropic Breathwork deep immersion experience at the idyllic Sunrise Ranch nestled in the foothills of the front range of the Colorado Rockies, near Loveland. Join us to dive deep into the unconscious psyche for an unforgettable retreat! 

Holotropic Breathwork® is a practice developed by Stan and Christina Grof in the 1970’s. The practice combines evocative music, a darkened room, and accelerated, circular breathing to induce an expanded state of consciousness. Expanded states access the unconscious by quieting the thinking mind allowing the creative, soul self to emerge. Participants report a wide range of benefits including healing, increased creativity & intuition, clarity for life path, physical or emotional release and many others.

Barbara and Tami have interests and training in depth psychology, archetypal astrology, and dreamwork and will weave these practices as time permits into this highly experiential long weekend. 

Each participant will experience two breathing and two sitting sessions in an inviting, meditative, and spacious natural setting with highly trained facilitators designed to support a full immersion for deep inner exploration. 

Early bird cost is $440 USD for registration and payment before January 1st, 2023. After January 1st, $520. Accommodation cost is separate and booked directly with SUNRISE RANCH The rates shown are for the entire weekend and include nutritious, locally grown organic meals. 

Schedule

We start on Thursday, at 5:00pm and close by 1:00pm on Sunday. 

Thursday: You may begin checking in to your room at 2:00pm. Registration begins at 5:00pm. Sunrise Staff will host a welcome talk at 5:50. Dinner is at 6:00pm. Opening circle starts at 7:00pm

Friday - Saturday: four breathwork sessions (two times “breathing”, two times “sitting”) with integrative mandala artwork and group sharing (as much or little as you like). Breakfast at 7:30 - lunch 12:00 - dinner 6:00pm - sharing 7:00pm

Sunday: sharing, integration and closing circle. Lunch is provided at 12:00pm
