Breathwork Northwest Men's Residential Retreat
Join us for a Weekend of Brotherhood and Holotropic Breathwork® at the beautiful Shadow Lake Guest House in Renton, WA. This dedicated Men's Retreat is an opportunity to bring the energy, trust, and connection created in Mike's online support group into a shared physical container while also welcoming other men into the community.
This weekend is designed to bridge deep internal exploration with the strength of community. Our time together will include:
● Holotropic Breathwork® Sessions: Immersive journeys to access expanded states of awareness for healing and insight. A traditional double-session format where each participant will experience one session as a breather and one session as a sitter, allowing for both deep internal work and the powerful practice of holding space for another.
● Group-Based Connection: Structured activities to deepen the bonds of brotherhood and foster authentic community.
● Nature & Integration: Space to reflect, move, and ground your experiences within the beautiful surroundings of Shadow Lake.

Tiered Equity Pricing:
$500 - Tier 1 Registration
$600 - Tier 2 Registration
$700 - Tier 3 Registration
$250 - Discounted cost for graduate students studying in the Mental Health field and military veterans.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds for Three-Day Retreats:
- If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund or a full credit towards a future event.
- If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, we cannot refund your money, but we are happy to offer you a 50% credit, applicable toward the cost of one of our one-day workshops held within 12 months of the retreat. If you don't use the credit within that time-frame, no refund will be given.
