Detailed schedule

8:30 - 8:45: Arrival

8:45: Opening circle, breathing partners pairings

10:00: First breathwork session (followed by mandala drawing)

13:30: Lunch

14:30: Second breathing session (followed by mandala drawing))

18:00: Sharing circle

19:30: Closing circle and departure

What to bring

– a lunch (ideally, something that does not need to be reheated)

– Snacks (as needed, there is no time scheduled for dinner)

– Pillow

– Fitted or flat sheet for twin bed (IMPORTANT)

– Blanket

– Water bottle

– Eye mask or blindfold

– Ear plugs (if loud music is an issue)
