"My journey to this moment is paved with potholes and face-plants but also with revelations and awakenings. I spent part of my life in the competitive corporate world as an architectural designer until I hit a wall (metaphorically and psychologically) and my Inner Healer gave me the choice to 'suffer or change.' Thankfully I found Holotropic Breathwork which helped me rediscover all of the parts of myself I had locked up for safekeeping, revealing my own infinite potential for growth. It felt like like a soul retrieval, a coming home to myself. It also connected me to an amazing community. Now, after going through my own dark night of the soul, I have developed a passion for helping others find their own light."
In his spare time Allen loves to be in nature, either near the sea or deep in the forested mountains of New England, or with animals, especially horses... in his younger days (which seems like eons ago) he was a competitive equestrian rider with a passion for gymkhana.
