Jeffrey Warren is an artist, musician and an advanced healing arts practitioner trained in more than 20 healing arts and spiritual traditions. He is a certified Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Fire Walk Instructor and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator.
Jeffrey is deeply committed to personal discovery, spiritual growth, conscious evolution and transformation. He offers personal healing sessions, dynamic workshops and energy therapy training and certification across the United States and Mexico.
Jeffrey certified with GTT in 2019 and has been running Holotropic Breathwork® workshops ever since. He is deeply grateful for the impact that Holotropic Breathwork® continues to have on his life and is proud to support others on the mat. His passion, humor and excitement encourage others to discover their deepest authenticity and inner healing wisdom.

In this double breathwork workshop, we create a safe and supportive setting, with highly trained and experienced Holotropic Breathwork facilitators. We begin with a talk on the theory and practice of Holotorpic Breathwork and connect as a community. Each person will experience four Holotropic Breathwork sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter), one shamanic journey, creating art altars in nature, sound healing session, integrative writing practice, group support and integration through sharing circles and our evening fire gathering; and expressive arts with mandala drawing. Cost includes 3 nights housing, 9 buffet- style meals and the workshop. This workshop is open to new breathers, experienced breathers, those in the GTT Holotropic facilitator training or those interested in experiencing Holotropic Breathwork. For those who are in a psychedelic-assisted therapy training program, Grof Legacy Training or MAPS traning, this workshop may fulfill your requirement for practical experience sitting for others in expanded states of consciousness. This workshop is approved by Grof Transpersonal Training to meet the requirements for an in person double breathwork session for completion of the virtual modules. CONTRAINDICATIONS: This workshop is not appropriate during pregnancy, for persons with cardiovascular disease including heart attacks and angina, Severe or Uncontrolled Hypertension, Severe Mental Illness, Bipolar Disorder, Epilepsy, Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment, Recent Surgeries, Recent Physical Injuries, Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases, Asthma (if you have asthma, bring your inhaler to the workshop). We invite you to join us as we return to Kripalu Center in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. Kripalu offers all level morning, afternoon and evening yoga classes, yoga dance at noon, daily meditation/yoga nidra workshop, evening acitivites, three healthy farm to table meals per day, lake and beach area, kayaking, guided hiking, Healing Arts services, meditation rooms, reading room, workout rooms, Cafe and bookstore, internet lounges and much more.
