Karen Winkler was born in Mexico. She holds diplomas in Logotherapy and continuing education through the New York Center for Jungian Studies, and has extensive training in facilitating women’s groups. Karen became a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator in 2022 after successfully completing the official training program through Grof Transpersonal Training.
Now, after exploring the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness through different modalities over the last nine years, Karen offers Holotropic Breathwork workshops in Mexico alongside fellow facilitator Chiemi Yamamoto in Guadalajara, Veracruz, Mexico City, and her hometown of Cuernavaca.
She also works with Stephenie Purnell From Texas, In The United States.
Karen Winkler And Stephanie Purnell shall be hosting private women’s retreats at a private estate in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
While pampered in luxurious surroundings and indulging in exceptional mexican cuisine,
these events will offer Holotropic Breathwork, Shamanic Sweat-Lodge rituals, trance dance sessions,(all of which are profoundly healing, integrating and transformative practices )
Also included in these private retreats are guided tours of the Xochicalco pyramids and visits to the Hacienda de San Gabriel (One of the most beautiful colonial Haciendas in Mexico).

Please join Spiritus 8, including Founder Stephenie Purnell and Karen Winkler, at a private estate in Cuernavaca, Mexico for a Women's Retreat.
