A Journey Within...Holotropic Breathwork Workshop (January 23-24, 2026)

This is more than a workshop. It’s a sacred space for emotional release, spiritual insight, and deep inner healing. Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you’re warmly invited to join us. Holotropic Breathwork has been one of the most profoundly valuable experiences in my own emotional and spiritual journey. It’s helped me access parts of myself I didn’t know were waiting to be felt or otherwise tended to — and it’s shown me that healing doesn’t always come from outside us. Sometimes, the deepest wisdom is already within. I hold a deep respect for the principle that, given the right setting — one of supportive community, emotional and physical safety, and permission to be exactly as we are — each of us can access our own inner healer. That part of us knows what we need, and if we can trust it, it will guide us with clarity, compassion, and grace. This upcoming workshop is designed to offer just that kind of space. We’ll breathe together, support one another, and open to whatever arises — with reverence and care. Cost of workshop is $200 with early registration before January 10, 2026.
