Mike Deal was born in La Paz, Bolivia, and grew up in Latin America and on the East Coast of the United States. After discovering the better coast, he settled in Central Oregon in 2021. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Forest Service, worked in corporate America, and founded a Health Coaching business. His desire to be of service stems from life experiences that have led him to seek improvement in his own wellness & wellbeing. Mike is influenced by the study of Emotional Freedom Technique (‘Tapping’), Holotropic Breathwork®, Indigenous Rituals & Traditions, contemporary therapy frameworks, new science-backed health approaches, and, more importantly, his own direct experiences. He believes that health challenges are often a sign that a life needs re-routing. In this spirit, Mike is honored to walk alongside you on your path towards healing, freedom, and ultimately, wholeness.
