It also offers the opportunity to practice the 'role of the sitter' according to the requirements of the Holotropic Breathwork training and, possibly, other psychedelic-assisted therapy trainings.

FORMAT OF THE WORKSHOP: Double workshop: 4 Holotropic Breathwork sessions (2 as breathers and 2 as sitters holding space). The workshop consists of Holotropic Breathwork sessions with evocative music, bodywork, mandala drawing, and group sharing.
SCHEDULE
* THURSDAY 03/27/25 (5-8:30pm): Meditation and opening circle + Introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork. We will give an overview of Stanislav Grof's life and his map of consciousness based on his work with psychedelic therapies.
* We'll introduce the various elements of Holotropic Breathwork (breath, inner healer, the role of the breather, the role of the sitter, the bodywork as well as the music and Mandala drawing).
* FRIDAY and SATURDAY 03/28-29/25 (9am to 8pm aprox.): 2 daily breathwork sessions where each person will breathe and sit twice + Sharing circle.
* SUNDAY 03/30/2025 (10am-1pm aprox.) Sharing circle + 2 hour Practice of integration + Talk on the importance of integration following the work with NOSC (Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness) + Q&A
*Integration session: We offer a zoom follow-up and integration session the week after the workshop (dates to be defined)

FACILITATORS
Sonia Telle, M.A. is a Somatic Psychotherapist licensed by the state of California. She works in her private practice with individuals and couples. She has a passion for Holotropic Breathwork and offers workshops in Northern California, the UK and Spain. She has worked closely with Stan Grof since 2000 and with GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) and has trained with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) to work with MDMA-Assisted psychotherapy.
She offers integration sessions to help those who want to integrate their experiences with Non Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC) and has taught and provided consultation for those training in Holotropic Breathwork (GTT), as well as other psychedelic-assisted therapy trainings (GROF LEGACY, MAPS/CIIS, POLARIS Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy).

CO Facilitator
Susana Bustos, Ph.D. holds degrees in clinical psychology (1992) and music therapy (2001) from Chilean universities, along with certifications in Holotropic Breathwork and Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Emergence(y), Gestalt, and the Expressive Arts in education and consultation. Her doctoral research addressed the effects of shamanic songs on healing experiences in mestizo ayahuasca ceremonies in Peru (California Institute of Integral Studies, 2008).
Susana has oriented her clinical work, academic teaching, and research to furthering the understanding of the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Susana directed the Spiritual Emergence Network in the US from 2016-2020. She co-founded the School of Vegetalismo and Psychotherapy, which offers education and clinical supervision to psychotherapists and people trained in the use of master plants

Cancellation Policy
No refund if workshop is canceled up to 15 days prior to starting. If canceled prior to 15 days, payment will be refunded however, there is a $100 dollars non-refundable processing fee. This cancellation policy applies unless other arrangements are made at the time of cancellation.
