Holotropic Breathwork At Orr Hot Springs, Ukiah, California. 

This retreat consists of 2 nights on May Friday 30th, and Saturday 31st. It will end Sunday June 1st around 1:30pm.                                                                           

 Who can benefit from this workshop?

Anyone with a curious mind that would like a safe space to dive into the depths of the psyche  (Holotropic Breathwork sessions) while also enjoying lots of relaxing time in nature or soaking in the hot springs (when we are not in session).

*NOTE: If you are training in psychedelic assisted psychotherapies. This retreat also offers the opportunity to practice the 'Role of the sitter' according to the requirements of the Holotropic Breathwork

SCHEDULE/FORMAT

* FRIDAY 05/30/25 (5pm-8pm): Meditation and opening circle + Introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork. We will give an overview of Stanislav Grof's life and his map of consciousness based on his work with psychedelic therapies.

We'll also introduce the various elements of Holotropic Breathwork (breath, inner healer, the role of the breather, the role of the sitter, the bodywork as well as the music and mandala drawing).

- You can arrive at ORR Hot Springs **no earlier than 12:30 pm on Friday** and register at the front desk. Orr will let you know when your room will be available and you will be able to access the hot springs prior to our gathering at 5pm. 

* SATURDAY 05/31/25 (all day): 2 Holotropic Breathwork sessions where each person will breathe and sit once. 

* SUNDAY 06/01/2025 (10am-1:30pm aprox.) Sharing circle + Practices of integration + Talk on the importance of integration following the work with NOSC (Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness)

Note: Everyone will be leaving the property after we end unless you have purchased a Sunday daylong pass directly with Orr Hot Springs.

*We'll offer a Zoom follow-up and INTEGRATION SESSION the week after the workshop (dates to be defined).

Begins on FRIDAY AT 5PM, ends SUNDAY around 1pm. You won't be able to return to the baths unless you purchase a day pass directly with ORR Hot Springs for that Sunday June 1st.

*THE WORKSHOP: $495 (Does not include lodging) You won't be able to sign up only for the workshop. Therefore, one choice of lodging is required to be part of this workshop.

*LODGING 

SINGLE-ACCOMMODATION (1 queen bed)                                                                        $555 ( 2 nights) + Workshop $495 = $1050 

DOUBLE ACCOMMODATION (1 queen bed) (for couples/ friends wanting to share a single accommodation) $440 (2 nights) + Workshop $495 = $935 per person

*COMMUNAL ACCOMMODATION ( 5 persons max).                                                               $355 (2 nights) + Workshop $495 = $850

These fees include the workshop + lodging on Friday and Saturday night + access to the mineral baths on Friday and Saturday when we are not in session, as well as Sunday until 10am.

Snacks (fresh fruits, nuts, boiled eggs, cheese, and dips, crackers, and cookies, as well as an ample selection of teas) will be available throughout the retreat. However, participants will bring their main meals. There is a fully equipped kitchen to store and warm your meals.

No Refund if retreat/workshop is canceled up to 15 days prior to the workshop. There is a 100 £ non refundable processing fee for all cancelations.
