We encourage you to stay a couple days after our time as a group concludes to continue deepening into your transformational experience. There is no better way to embody new awarenesses and let go of old patterns than to immerse yourself in a nurturing expanse of wilderness.
From Twisp you will have easy access to exquisite outdoor activities during the climax of wildflower season. The Arrowleaf Balsamroot sunflowers and purple Lupine cover the hills in May, the temperature is mild, there are endless trails to meet you no matter your inclination or fitness level. You may feel drawn to stroll through the valley, paddle out on a clear mountain lake, ride horseback near the rush of the springtime river, or get up into the mountains to take in the big views. The land of the Methow Valley and surrounding North Cascades wilderness are here to meet you and to support your own tender and wild journey into wholeness.
This retreat is open to anyone with an interest in learning about or continuing their Holotropic experience. It can be counted as completion breathwork for those who have attended any of the GTT virtual modules.
