Holotropic Breathwork Workshop in Hendersonville, North Carolina

Come breathe in one of nature's finest settings. Surrounded by changing colors and forested mountains, this workshop offers sacred space for all!

Located on top of a mountain looking overlooking forest and farmland, you will have the opportunity to be surrounded with nature as you lie down on a mat and breathe. Opening yourself to the sacred healing and transformation that is available within, you will have a chance to experience release from stress, regrounding, new insights, and a greater sense of unity/peace/wholeness.

Workshop will begin with dinner and orientation on Friday evening. Saturday will include two breathwork sessions (one in which participants will breathe and one in which participants will become "sitters" for their chosen breathing partner). Homecooked meals will be provided both Friday and Saturday.

Breakfast and lodging can be found within a few miles of the workshop. Workshop is within 20 minutes of the Asheville airport.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the workshop are fully refundable. Cancellations made after October 10th will be credited toward a future workshop held by the facilitators.
